  I wish I could give Pauly's 10 stars. This place is fantastic. I've been eating here since college and stop in whenever I'm in Durham. Do yourself a favor and get a Turbo Pocket (Lamb, Chicken and Falafel), Spicy, with all the fixings. You won't regret it.

  Started eating there almost 20 years ago, when it was a tiny place in the laundromat. I moved away and still dream about the food. I comeback for a Turbo any chance I can! The owner is a genuine, kind person who takes good care of his customers.

  I'm not sure what all the hype is about. I almost think we were in the wrong restaurant, but the name and address match up. The food was objectively bad but not offensive. Ketchup slathered on a gyro? Cold made from frozen pre-shaped falafel? Gyro meat not cut off of a gyro? 4.8 stars? I guess stranger things happen, but skip this place all the same. Just because someone tells you it's a gyro, or its greek, or up is down doesn't make it so. Imagine if you ordered a pizza and it came with ketchup instead of sauce, the cheese wasn't melted, and the crust wasn't baked... thats essentially what this place is doing with gyros. I've had a lot of gyros between Athens and the West and these were the worst. Lots of room for improvement.
