  The past two times I've been here, the waiter only came to take our order and bring out the food. He never came back to refill our drinks or to see how the meal was. I had to flag him down after waiting for 5 minutes to get the check. The food itself was below average. The General Tso's chicken pieces were very small and were mostly batter with very little meat.

  When we got our food, the cashier accidentally forgot our rice (a completely understandable mistake), and when we called, they promptly asked our address and delivered it to us.
